I recently stayed at a hotel in a location where there were not many English-speaking guests, just like one of the reviews mentioned. However, I found the staff at the hotel to be absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were always willing to assist with anything I needed. It really made my stay enjoyable.
Although there was one aspect that could be improved, overall, I found that everything at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The service is excellent, with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and the pool is well-maintained. The beach is a short walk away, with a bar for guests. The food options are varied and delicious. The location is convenient for exploring nearby towns.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us, despite the language barrier. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful swimming pools, including two large pools and two for babies. The location of the hotel was excellent, with the beach being just a short distance away. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the really good service provided by the staff.
